Sorry guys - so busy with work and trying to get everything finished before the end of term that I haven't even had time to download the photos from the camera from the weekend's trip - my parents' golden wedding and our visit on the way home to Karol-Ann's house
Can't do a post without a photo so here are a couple I took from our trip up north this time last year
And a sheep wandering over to us on the top of Embsay moor to see if we had anything interesting to eat
Normal service will be resumed soon - just as soon as I can extricate myself from under this pressing pile of paperwork!

Hi Anne, Love the sheep, with the hopeful air... must be a bit spoilt, by tourists with 'Oh how cute!'.
We will wait...
End of term time is soooo busy! It's the equivalent to the opposite of the calm before the storm! Looking forward to reading and seeing your catch up post when your summer break starts :o)
Beautiful photos, Anne. Take your time. We'll be here waiting.
Love that sheep - looks like a very friendly fella *s*
Don't stress Anne, we'll be here reading and looking when you have time to download those photos. Take care of yourself!
Its a hectic time of year, I am off to sport day in half an hour. Oh I adore Bolton Abbey, its one of my favourite places and the River is so special to me...
You ARE awfully quiet - I'm worried about you!!! Bring on the school holidays!!! (although not for me, I'll have 2 to entertain ALL day for 6 weeks!)
Those pictures are just so wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing them. I envy you seeing such beautiful places and friendly sheep.
Love that cool river picture, and especially your sheep! I used to raise woolies, too.
Gorgeous country side and the sheep is so funny. We have seagulls that beg for food, a sheep would be a welcome change! We actually have a law prohibiting the feeding of gulls due to the overwhelming population of these "flying rats", lol.
The quilt in your next post is beautifully done, quilting and all!!
