Christmas Stitching done in the nick of time

All done and dusted - well the ones to be transported up country that is anyway.

I put the last stitches in at about 9.15 this evening and then got them all wrapped up.

Here are the two quillows both opened out and in cushion format - hope they like them :o)

Louise said as I was converting the purple one into the cushion 'Mmmm I like that, can i have one?'

My retort was 'Yes, but not this side of Christmas!!!'

Your quillows are great!

I made quillow by the dozens years ago and sold them at craft shows. I still have some I made for my husband, mother-in-laws and now I have my moms.

Congrats on the finishes! I've never seen a quillow in person - maybe you could do a tutorial next year?

Those are wonderful!! I haven't made a quillow in quite a while. Now I'm feeling tempted to do some again. Maybe they will sell at my church bazaar next year. It's fun to introduce "new" (old) /gs and see if people like them.

These are both great quillows. I've thought for quite some time now that I should make quillows rather than just plain quilts, but I haven't taken the time to make the pillow part just yet.
