A buzzy bee

Only managed a tiny bit of stitching yesterday - a grey dotted running stitch line showing the path my bee has taken from the last flower he visited.
I'm not sure but this table runner might just gain a ladybird (that's ladybug to you ladies over the pond) and maybe even a butterfly or two before it goes down the sandwiching route
We'll see.................

How about a spider & her web? they are supposedly "good" things to add to quilts... You already have the bee...

I think its lovely...BTW did you draw those black stripes on that bee? Very clever. You've used that trick before and it's a good one!

Ladybugs are always good in the garden *s*

What a neat running stitch! That's really a cute table runner.

I like the stripes and the diaphanous (I do hope that's the right spelling) fabric on the wings. A butterfuly would be good.

You are doing such fun little things with this marvelous creation! I can hardly wait to see what you do next. I love the ladybird idea.

Oh, oh it's simply sweet. Love the buzzing bee.

Those "almost black" tulips were my favorites when we visited Holland - oh so many years ago. I couldn't believe it when I saw them.

It is so fun seeing your tulips developing. A great idea with the bee and ladybird and butterflies. I love that little bee.

The bee is wonderful, and yes, some more buggy friends would look adorable!

I saw some of the "black" tulips near Deddington. The entire cottage garden was done in black and red flowers....very showy!
